  • Located at Wamberal, in a private air-conditioned setting. 
  • Bookings are essential. 
  • Can also be arranged for mothers groups etc.

Falls Prevention Classes

  • Especially for Seniors
  • Pilates in a Chair program
  • Strengthen the whole body 
  • Resistance Bands and Sensa Bolster are used for strengthing feet, legs, pelvic floor, stomach, back and arms
  • Improve Balance and Co-ordination


Work-site Classes

  • Before work or during lunch break
  • Either a matwork class or standing/seating class
  • 45 or 60 minutes
